Covid-19: Pastor Enenche Kicks Against Compulsory Vaccination

The Senior Pastor of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja, Dr. Paul Enenche, has strongly criticized Federal Government’s directive that civil servants must compulsorily receive covid-19 vaccine.

Chairman of the Presidential Steering Committee (PSC) on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha, had announced that “with effect from 1st December, 2021, Federal Government employees shall be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result done within 72 hours, to gain access to their offices, in all locations within Nigeria and our Missions.

Enenche, while speaking to thousands of viewers at the church’s early morning prayers on Friday, said that it was not of God for vaccination to be made compulsory.

“In case you don’t know, compulsory vaccination is from the pit of hell. Nobody is ever permitted to be given injection by force for any reason. It’s from the pit of hell,” he said.

The cleric explained that people had the right to chose whether they want to be vaccinated or not.

However, he urged his members to go for treatment if they feel sick.

“Anybody who is sick has the right to be treated. And anybody by choice can receive medication anytime.

“Even God Almighty gave man a choice in the Garden of Eden. Only the devil leaves people with no choice, “he added.

The directive is gradually being implemented at Federal Government institutions.

For instance, our correspondence observed the members of staff at the National Human Rights Commission(NHRC) queuing at their conference auditorium on Thursday, to receive jabs.

Each one got a green card.
