Ex-US President Clinton Receiving Treatment At Hospital

Former United States President, Bill Clinton, was admitted to a medical facility to undergo some form of treatment.

Clinton’s spokesperson, Angel Urena, disclosed this.

He added that the ex-president was responding to medical care.

“On Tuesday evening, President Clinton was admitted to UCI Medical Center to receive treatment. He is on the mend, in good spirits, and is incredibly thankful to the doctors, nurses, and staff providing him with excellent care, “ he said on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Urena was quick to say that the ailment was not covid-19 related.

In a statement released by the former president’s doctors, they said he was placed under close monitoring.

“He was admitted to the hospital for close monitoring and administered IV antibiotics and fluids. He remains at the hospital for continuous monitoring. After two days of treatment, his white blood cell count is trending down and he is responding to antibiotics well,” Drs. Alpesh Amin and Lisa Bardack said in the statement as quoted by NBC news.
