Dunamis Church Celebrates Gallantry Of Military In Fight Against Terrorism

The leadership of the Dunamis International Gospel Center (DIGC) has appreciated the nation’s military and para-military forces for their gallantry in securing the nation from terrorism and insurgency.

The president of DIGC, Paul Enenche disclosed this on Sunday at the Blessing service which doubled as the day of outreach and prayers for the military and para-military men and women.

The service was attended by military personnel and retired generals from Nigeria, India and Chad.

The cleric lauded the nation’s service men and women for staying out of their comfort zones for the sake of the nation.

He said that if not for their service to the country, Nigeria would have been overrun by evil.

“You may not hear this all the time but we like you to know that you are valued, appreciated; and we salute you and your courage.

“Thank you for standing for the rest of us,” he said.

Enenche also stressed that the ideology that Christianity will cease in the nation was dead on arrival.

He also added that the will of God is that Nigeria will take the gospel around the whole earth.

Furthermore, the cleric admonished the service men and women not to lose faith in God, adding that God was never at a loss and that the battle against insurgency would end.

“We like you to know that God is on your side for standing to fight for the nation.

“And because you are fighting for the nation, God will fight for you; and we declare that the fight against terrorism is coming to an end.

He also said that the role of the military was crucial in defining the status of the country to the rest of world.

“With you the battle against terrorism shall be over and Nigeria shall take its rightful place in the committee of nations,” Enenche said.

Also, the cleric along with the congregation, prayed that God will preserve the military and para-military officials across the country and that God will give them the wisdom, strategy, health and ability to end terrorism in the country.

“You will remember this service as God protects you from disaster and take you to the peak.

“No hair from your head shall drop as you step in the midst of battle.
