FG Renames Ministry Of Communications

The Federal Executive Council, on Wednesday, approved a new name for the ministry of communications.

FEC approved that the ministry would now be called the ‘Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.’

The approval was made at the FEC meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

The change of name was disclosed in a tweet by President Muhammadu Buhari’s personal assistant on new media.

The Federal Executive Council has approved the change of name for Ministry of Communications, now to be called Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.
