FRSC Cautions Personnel Against Harassing Violators Of Sit-At-Home
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has urged its personnel to be civil and avoid torturing or harassing lockdown violators across the country, in view of the state at-home directive effective in some states.

The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps, Boboye Oyeyemi said that the Presidential directive on lockdown and other states restrictions, should not be exploited to maltreat Nigerians.
On his part, the Corps Public Education Officer, Bisi Kazeem, said that even in a state of emergency, torturing was not part of the professional ethics of the Corps.
Hence, he urged all personnel to respect the fundamental human right of Nigerians, even as they discharged their duties.
Recall that the President, including some state governors had directed security operatives to ensure compliance with the lockdown order, geared towards fighting the Coronavirus pandemic.
