Lagos Records 7 New Covid-19 Deaths As Number Of Cases Exceed 1,000

Lagos State has recorded additional seven deaths from its isolation centres.

This is according to data from the website of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

According to the agency, no fewer than 10 casualties were recorded across the country on Friday.

The NCDC said amongst the fatalities, Lagos has a total of seven, increasing number of deaths in the state from 21 to 28.

Meanwhile over 1,000 persons have been infected with the coronavirus disease in Lagos State.

This is after the Centre announced that the state recorded 30 new cases on Friday.
