Senate To Hold Virtual Public Hearing On PIB, Publishes Online Link
In line with its promise to conclude work on the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) in the first quarter of 2021, the Senate has scheduled proceedings for a virtual public hearing for Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 respectively.
In a statement made available to the media, the Upper Chamber through its committee on Downstream Petroleum Sector; Petroleum Resources (Upstream) and Gas; encouraged members of the public to take part in the virtual event by logging onto relevant links.
