BREAKING: Air Peace Overshoots Runway, No Casualties Recorded

An aeroplane belonging to Air Peace has overshot its runway at the Port Harcourt International Airport in Rivers State. The aircraft left Abuja for Port Harcourt on Saturday. The incident occurred as the plane attempted to land amid heavy rainfall, but was hit by wind and skidded into the bush. All passengers have been evacuated to the arrival area at the airport. Suspected thieves on Thursday night opened the cargo hold of an Air Peace aircraft scheduled for departure at the runway of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
