U.S. Indicts Venezuela President Maduro For Drug Trafficking, Offers $15M For His Arrest
The United States government is offering 15 million dollar to anyone who can effect the arrest of Venezuela President, Nicolas Maduro, after indicting him for alleged international narcotics trafficking.
U.S. Secretary of States, Mike Pompeo made this known in a tweet on Thursday.
Pompeo added that the people of Venezuela deserved a responsible political leader.
Juan Guaido, an opposition leader, was also invited to the U.S. during Donald Trump’s state of the Union address.
The U.S. Attorney General, William Barr announced the “narco-terrorism” charges against Maduro on Thursday, adding he and his accomplices trafficked cocaine into the U.S.
