BREAKING: PDP Calls For Emergency NEC Meeting

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Friday, called for an emergency National Executive Committee meeting to discuss the venue for its national convention.

The convention was slated to hold in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on October 6, but following controversies regarding the venue, the emergency meeting was called.

A conclusion on the venue of the national convention is expected to be arrived at after the meeting which will be chaired by Board of Trustees, BoT Chairman, Senator Walid Jibrin.
