Buhari Congratulates David Mark On 70th Birthday

President Muhammadu Buhari has felicitated with former Senate President, David Mark on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

The President in a statement via the official twitter handle of the Presidency, commended Mark for the maturity and focused legislation he instituted in the Red Chamber during his eight years as President of the Senate.

Mr Buhari said the wealth of experience the former Senate President has gathered over the years is vital for the development of the country.

David Mark, Senator representing Benue South, under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), served as Senate President Between 2007 and 2015.
