Coronavirus: Lagos Confirms 1 New Death
Lagos State government has confirmed the death of one patient due to the Coronavirus.
This was disclosed in a tweet by the state’s health Commissioner, Akin Abayomi, on Wednesday.

According to him, a 63 year old male died from COVID19, adding that he had no history of travel or contact with any confirmed case.
“Total #COVID19 related deaths now stands at 7,” he tweeted.

He also said that 8 patients had fully recovered while 2 females and 6 males were discharged
“Total discharged #COVID19 patients in Lagos is now 69,” he stated.

He also added that the total number of confirmed cases in the state stood at 217.
