COVID-19 Cases: Lagos Maintains Lead As Nigeria Confirms 187 New Infections
Nigeria has confirmed 187 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), with Lagos State accounting for 74 of the new infections.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced that the new cases were confirmed in 12 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

According to the NCDC, the country’s total confirmed cases of the virus had risen to 58,647, while total discharged patients also rose to 49,937. The agency gave the total number of deaths as 1,111.
