Covid-19: Nigeria Tests 120,108 Samples In 5 Months

Nigeria has conducted a total of 120,108 covid-19 tests since the outbreak of Coronavirus in the country.

This is according to the latest situation report by the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control(NCDC)

The report confirmed that the country has a total of 21,371 cases with 7,338 recoveries and 533 deaths.

The report stated that Lagos has recorded the highest number of cases with 9,073 infections and had tested 34,734 samples.

The active cases in the country currently stands at 13,500.

Since the confirmation of the first case on 27th February 2020, the NCDC has regularly issued advisories to help Nigerians respond to the pandemic.
