Joao Felix And Lionel Messi Clash During Heated Spanish Super Cup Semi-final
Barcelona superstars, Lionel Messi and Golden Boy Award winner, Joao Felix flared up at each other following a frustrating first half during the Spanish Super Cup semi-final between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid (ATM).
During the half time of the match on Friday, Felix appeared to have complained about something to Messi as they walked off the pitch before the event turned worse as they exchanged words.

Barcelona team mate, Gerard Pique immediately rushed to calm the situation, as Luis Suarez followed suit to pour his displeasure over the scene.
Earlier on in the match, the Portugal forward, Felix was spotted having a verbal fight with Barcelona’s Jordi Alba and was seen slapping his hand away as a counter reaction.
Koke came into the match as a substitute to give ATM the lead early in the second half.
Messi found the back of the net to equalise after five minutes, with former Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann adding a second an hour later.

However, ATM responded as Alvaro Morata equalised from the spot with nine minutes remaining to bring Atletico level and Angel Correa added a minutes later to see ATM through to the final against rival Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, the fight continued on twitter as the fans of Cristiano Ronaldo seized the opportunity to get back at Messi after he won his sixth Ballon d’ Or in 2019.
Sympathizers of Felix, who is a national team mate of Ronaldo, assumed that the young star had told Messi that Ronaldo is a better player.
A tweet on @FootyHumour reads, “Joao Felix: “Cristiano Ronaldo is better than you.” Leo Messi: “I dare you to say that again, I dare you.”

However, Messi’s fan replying said Replying to @FootyHumour said “CR7 fans are just hopeless, Messi is so great that when he loses the CR7 fans start a trend, they watch all Messi games so that he can lose. That’s how great he is.”
