Mixed Reactions As Davido Proposes To Chioma After Introduction

David ‘Davido’ Adeleke, yesterday, proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Chioma Rowland at an event with their close friends and family present.

An excited Davido took to his Instagram page (@davidoofficial) to share photographs and a video from the proposal. He captioned the photo “She said yes. Big rock.”

The popular artist’ tweet sparked mixed reactions ranging from that of praise and admiration, to criticisms.

Some who criticised the proposal said Davido had rewritten marriage cultural order as he was supposed to propose first before his introduction which took place on September 2.
