Ondo Group Rejoices With Aregbesola’s Aide Bola Ilori After Recovery From Fatal Auto Crash

A special adviser to the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, Bola Ilori has recovered from a fatal auto crash that almost claimed his life in July and his townsmen have rejoiced with him.

The accident had occurred at Idoani on the boundary between Ondo and Kogi States while Ilori was returning to Abuja from the funeral of the late Chief Adewale Omojuwa in the state.

The Ekimogun Roundtable, an indigenous group in Ondo Kingdom, felicitated with the minister’s aide as he holds a thanksgiving service in Lagos following his recovery from the ghastly accident.

The group, which described Ilori as an exemplary son of Ondo, thanked God for sparing his life.

Speaking through its secretary, Olusola Akinbinu, Ekimogun Roundtable said it was thankful to God for, “sparing Ilori’s life, being a benevolent and impactful citizen,” adding that he, “still has a lot to offer Ondo kingdom, Ondo State and Nigeria.”

The group also felicitated with Aregbesola whom it said could have been beareved had Ilori lost his life in the crash.
