PHOTOS: Buhari Elbow-Bumps Atiku At Son’s Wedding In Kano
President Muhammadu Buhari and former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, were seen exchanging pleasantries at the venue of the wedding Fatiha of the president’s son on Friday.
Yusuf Buhari and Zahra Bayero, the daughter of the Emir of Bichi, Nasiru Ado Bayero, got wedded in Kano today.

The ceremony brought together former political rivals – Buhari and Atiku – as both were seen exchanging the informal elbow bump greeting in line with COVID-19 safety guidelines.
Atiku had lost the 2019 presidential election to President Buhari and had legally challenged the outcome of the poll up to the Supreme Court.
The former vice president, on Friday, shared photos of himself at the venue of the wedding that registered the attendance of thousands of dignitaries.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan, who lost re-election to President Buhari in the historic 2015 presidential election, also attended the ceremony.
The wedding was conducted at the Emir’s Palace and presided over by the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami.
Other dignitaries at the wedding were Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, Chief of Staff to the President, Prof Ibrahim Gambari and several state governors.
