Pastor Jailed For Defiling Boys
An Akure Chief Magistrate Court has sentenced a 32-year-old White garment church pastor, Sunday Waleola, to three years imprisonment without an option of fine for defiling boys in his neighbourhood
Waleola, whose church is located in Oke-Ara in Akure metropolis, was said to have “the penchant of seducing male students and sucking their manhood until they discharged semen in his mouth.”
The accused who confessed before the court said he had succeeded in defiling more than four male students before he was apprehended by men of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
According to him, he normally went to public schools during break time, approached the male students and seduced them into committing the act.

He said that he allowed his victim to go once he discharges into his mouth.
Waleola who blamed the act on devil told his interrogators that he does not know what comes over him while he sucks the male victims, adding that he would come to his senses after completing the act.
The one-count charge preferred against him by the NSCDC Prosecutor, Mr. David Ebriku, stated that “you Waleola Sunday, male, aged 32 years, between March 3, and 4, 2017, at Okearo Akure, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court did sexually abused and exploited one Akinsola Precious aged 15, thereby committing an offence contrary to Section 32(1) to the state Child Right Law, 2007 and punishable under section 32 (2) of the said law.”
The convict pleaded guilty to the charge and pleaded with the court to forgive him, saying he would resist from the act.

However, Magistrate V. W. Bobmanuel, rejected the plea and sentenced him to three years imprisonment without option of fine.
