Trump’s Former Spokesperson Is Running For Arkansas Governor

Former spokesperson to former United States President, Donald Trump, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, has announced her “candidacy for Governor of Ankansas.”

She disclosed this via Twitter on Monday ahead of the state’s governorship election billed to hold in 2022.

Sanders worked as former White House press secretary (2017 to 2019) and is seeking the governorship spot under the Republican party.

According to her, she will protect the state from destructive policies of the “radical left” – a term Trump used in describing many Democrats.

“The radical left solution is to impose government control and censorship from the top down. But their socialism and cancel culture will not heal America, it will only further divide and destroy us.

“Everything we love about America is at stake.

“As governor, I will defend your right to be free of socialism and tyranny,” she said.

She had earlier condemned the administration of President Joe Biden for cancelling permits to an oil pipeline system arrangement (Keystone XL oil pipeline) between Canada and the country, saying many people will be jobless as a result.

“President Joe Biden’s cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline will kill many good jobs in Arkansas. The radical left is now running the show in Washington and hardworking Americans are paying the price,” she tweeted.

Supporting her candidacy, the U.S. former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, said she was capable of leading the state towards greater heights.

“I worked with @SarahHuckabee. I’m all in to support her campaign to become next governor of Arkansas. Integrity and hard work. Take it from a Kansan — she will do Arkansans a good turn!,” he tweeted.
