VIDEO: FUTO Undergraduate Slumps, Dies During SUG Election Campaign
A 300-level student of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO),Imo State, Ezeamadi Augustus Nzube, has slumped and died.
Augustus, popularly known as Musa among his fellow students, was an aspirant for the post of Director for Transport in the forthcoming student union government elections of the university.

He was said to have slumped on Tuesday while campaigning in front of hotel C at FUTO. He was rushed to the university’s medicals where he was pronounced dead.
Confirming the incident to THE WHISTLER on Wednesday, FUTO’s SUG president, Timothy Eberechukwu, said the sad event happened on Tuesday night.
“He slumped when he was in hostel C and when he was taken to the school medicals, he was confirmed dead.
“He is an honorable member of the house, that is the student union government house, representing his department, Urban and Regional Planning.

“His friends did not believe the report of the school medicals and took him to Federal Medical Center, Owerri, and he was confirmed dead there too,” Eberechukwu. WATCH VIDEO HERE:
