Wife Plucks Husband’s Scrotum Over Alleged Infidelity

A 35-year-old housewife, Omolara Seriki, has damaged her husband’s scrotum for allegedly neglecting his responsibilities to the family and infidelity.

The woman was said to have described her husband as an irresponsible husband and father to her two children.

The Public Relation Officer of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Osun State Command, Mr Daniel Adigun, said this in a statement on Tuesday .

The NSCDC PRO said the incident happened at Iragbiji in the Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State.

He explained that the wife went to a house rented by her husband and found another woman there where she thugged at her husband’s scrotum and damaged his testicles in the process.

The husband, 52, was said to have complained that his wife was troublesome and had not given Jim peace of mind for the six years of their marriage.

This was said to have forced the man to abandon his wife and rented an apartment in Iragbiji.

The husband said the incident happened at the apartment he rented in Iragbiji when a lady brought food for him around 10pm but could not go back home because of the heavy rain.
“After a while, his wife entered the room and an altercation ensued which led to the wife grabbing his scrotum. In the process, he fainted and only regained consciousness at the hospital when the damaged scrotum was sutured.

“But the woman accused the husband of neglecting his responsibilities as a father and husband. She became suspicious of his movements and suspected that he was seeing another woman.

“This made her to stalk him and followed him to his new apartment that very night. Information, she met a lady with him. During the scuffle, the husband held her by the neck and in defence, she pulled his testicle and damaged it.

“She regretted her actions and pleaded for leniency.”
