Most people are used to consuming healthy breakfast comprising of 3 components which are Whole grain carbohydrate, dairy, and fruit, but really do not know how to make a combo of them.

But if you do not have berry at your disposal, you could also go for a mix of banana and avocado or kiwi and strawberry.
3. Avocado And Egg On Toast
If you are used to putting butter on your toast in the morning, consider avocado as an alternative. It is the only fruit/vegetable that contains lipids. You will get the creamy taste you love without having to fight fats. Complete your breakfast with a delicious fresh egg.
4. Apple Muffins/Green Tea
These guys are simple to make ahead of time and last all week. Stir together 1 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar,1 cup cinnamon, salt, baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix in oil, egg and milk. Fold in apples then pour the mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes before serving white green tea or storing in the refrigerator for later.
