87 Stranded Nigerians Arrive From Sudan – NIDCOM

The Nigeria in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) says eighty seven Nigerians were evacuated back to the country from Sudan.

NIDCOM tweeted about this on Saturday, adding that they were conveyed via Air Sudan.

It added that they arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, today, Saturday.

“87 Stranded Nigerians arrive Nnamdi Azikiwe Int’l Airport, Abuja at about 0915HRS via Air Sudan today, Saturday 8th, 2020,” it tweeted.

It maintained that “All Evacuees will now proceed on 14 days SELF-ISOLATION as mandated.”

Recall that the Covid-19 Presidential Taskforce had outlined in its evacuation protocols, that evacuees must self-isolate upon reaching the country
