FG Announces Fifth Evacuation Flight For Nigerians In U.S.
The Consulate General of Nigeria, Atlanta, Georgia, has disclosed a fifth evacuation flight for nationals slated for July 31.
This was announced in a statement on Monday.

“The Ethiopian Airlines flight No. ET.547 is scheduled to depart George Bush International Airport(IAH), Houston, Texas on Friday, 31st July 2020 by 16.00 hrs and arrive Muritala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on Saturday, 1st August, 2020 by 20.00 hrs,” it stated.
The Consulate stated that prospective evacuees who registered with the Missions should get their tickets from the www.ethiopianairlines.com, at the cost of USD1 1,500 (Economy class) or USD3,000 (Business Class), among other things.
Furthermore, it urged those who have paid to forward their details to info@nigeria-Consulate-atLorg.
“In accordance with the Nigerian Presidential Task Force (PTF) on covid-19 , all prospective evacuees must present an original covid-19 negative test result (not older than 14 days on the day of departure) at the Airport and undergo a temperature check 4hrs before departure,” it added.

Upon arrival, they would also self-isolate for 14 days in line with the protocols.
