The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has hailed former President Goodluck Jonathan for his success over the completion of Abuja-Kaduna rail project.
The party also hailed his finance minister, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, for her role and release of funds towards the completion of the first high-speed rail network in Nigeria from Abuja to Kaduna.
