Appeal Court Dismisses NLNG’S Case Against NIMASA

The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, has dismissed the suit filed by the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG) against the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
