Three Suspected Cultists Terrorising Osun Arrested By Police

Three suspected cultists terrorizing Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, have been arrested by operatives of Osun State Police Command.

The suspects; Pelumi Ogunwale (23yrs), Musbau Adeagbo (20yrs) and Usman Adekunle(26yrs); were arrested from their hideouts.

The spokesperson of Osun State Police Command, Yemisi Opalola, confirmed their arrest in a statement Thursday.

She explained, “We received information from member of the public revealed that, some hoodlums suspected to be members of unlawful society were terrorizing Alekuwodo Area, Osogbo.

“Immediately the information was received, Police detectives from Anti cultism unit swung into action and apprehended the above suspects, while others took to their heels.

“Suspects confessed to be members of Aye Confraternity and they will be charged to court after the completion of investigation.”
