US Poll: What America’s Leading Preachers Are Saying About Trump, Biden

While more than 90 million Americans have reportedly cast their votes ahead of the November 3 United States Presidential Election, influential preachers in the country(who have large followers) have revealed their choices for the Oval office between the two leading candidates– President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.

The duo may be aware of the strength of voter’s religious beliefs and as such they have also used their platforms to either attack each other’s religious commitment. 

For example, at the just concluded US Presidential Debate on October 23, Biden had accused Trump of hating Muslims.

“Trump started off his campaign saying he will get rid of those Mexican rapist, he’s banned Muslims because they are Muslims, he has moved around and made everything worse across the board,” he claimed.

On his part, Trump had also claimed that unlike Biden, he remained the best leader to protect religious freedom.

 “Biden will terminate school choice, eliminate charter schools, defund religious schools, ban prayer in public schools, indoctrinate your children with Anti-American lies, and force you to subsidize extreme late-term abortion. We believe that every child is a Sacred Gift from God! “he stated.

Meanwhile, THE WHISTLER can report that some reputable US clerics had taken to their Twitter handles to tactically endorse their choice candidates:

KENNETH COPELAND 
Copeland is the pastor of the Eagle Mountain International Church, a ministry whose viewership globally is in millions.

“Find out why God has called Trump to the presidency and the glaring differences between the party platforms,” he had tweeted.

PAUL MORTON
On his part, founder of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, Morton maintained that Trump would be a disaster for the country.

“America we have A Choice. Let America’s Evil Dictator Donald Trump take USA away from Us into a Deeper Corruption by Not Voting? Or we can take back Some Form of Decency of USA by Voting Donald Trump OUT. 4 More Years with Him as POTUS, Will Destroy This Country as we know it, “he tweeted.

MIKE MURDOCK
Murdock pastors the Wisdom Centre, he also has Twitter followership of over 320,000.

“Family….AMERICA ….IS CLOSE TO TOTAL DESTRUCTION.
“Please, please …Vote with Integrity…AGAINST ABORTION…I VOTE REPUBLICAN…TRUMP,” he tweeted on November 1.

DONNIE McCLURKLIN
He is a pastor and the organizer of the Donnie McClurkin Show.
He vocally disagrees with Trump’s position and policies.

“President Trump says it will be mass fraud if Mail-In voting is allowed (during a pandemic) while HE and his wife are VOTING BY MAIL!  By his own admission…if he doesn’t fund the USPS there won’t be mail-in voting!  Corrupt and with no integrity, whatsoever! , “he stated

FRANKLIN GRAHAM
He is an evangelist and the son of the renowned Reverend Billy Graham(late).

He had this to say:
“@POTUS Trump made his billions as a businessman prior to being elected to office & gives his entire gov’t salary back to the country.
“@JoeBiden has been employed by taxpayers as a politician for 47 yrs. Who do you trust to manage the gov’t & the economy?”

PAULA WHITE
White is regarded by many as Trump’s mentor; she is a preacher and teacher with about 800,000 followers on Twitter.

“President @realDonaldTrump won, won, won tonight! Masterful …  Authentic … 47 years for Biden- all talk, no action! POTUS clearly showed what he HAS DONE! An outsider with major RESULTS! And yes, we will rally around success sir! And that – YOU BRING!” she stated.
