Minimum Wage: Kaduna Commences Payment Sept

Civil Servants in Kaduna State will soon be in a happy mood following the approval by the state government to begin the payment of the new national minimum wage and consequential adjustments from September 1, 2019.

The government disclosed this on its verified Twitter handle @GovKaduna.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had on July 16 approved the immediate implementation of the N30,000 new national wage for Federal Public Service workers currently earning below the minimum wage, after the senate had in march approved it.
