Photos: OML 11: NPDC Inspection Team Meets Owaza Paramount Ruler

Officials of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company led by the Managing Director, Ali Zarah on Sunday visited the Paramount ruler of Owaza Kingdom Eze Ogbonna.

Owaza Kingdom is the chief host of Imo River 1&3 flow stations.

The visit is being done about seven days after the Appeal Court’s Judgement affirming the Nigerian National Petroluem Corporation operatorship of Oil Mining License 11 (OML 11), the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company has taken over the assets.

THE WHISTLER had reported that the company would be working closely with all stakeholders and partners to achieve the new vision of responsible, smart engineering and environmental sustainability, that the Federal Government has endorsed for OML 11.

The Group Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mele Kyari, had said that the ruling had paved the way for the NPDC to lead a formidable OML 11 team towards bolstering productivity in a responsible, efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable manner.
