VIDEO: Motorists, Passersby Stranded As Protesters Block Abuja-Kaduna Road Over Attack On Gonin-Gora By Kidnappers
Movements along the Abuja-Kaduna road was restricted on Thursday morning following an alleged attack by suspected kidnappers on the Gonin-Gora axis of Kaduna State.
A source in Gonin-Gora told THE WHISTLER that the suspects attacked the area between 11 pm and 3am, abducting several persons.

The incident resulted in protests by residents on Thursday.
A video made available to THE WHISTLER showed a Joint Task Force of security operatives trying to maintain order and restore free flow of movements on the popular road.
“Abuja-Kaduna road is totally blocked. This Gonin-Gora road is blocked up to Abuja junction, Kaduna. There is no movement.
“They kidnapped people in our area,” an eye witness told THE WHISTLER.

THE WHISTLER reports that the Goni-Gora community in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State witnessed series of abductions in recent times.
