Drama As Nollywood Actors, Jim Iyke, Uche Maduagwu Fight Dirty

A video trending on social media on Tuesday has captured the altercation between two Nollywood actors, Jim Iyke and Uche Maduagwu.

The fight followed a post made by Maduagwu few days ago on his Instagram page where he called out Jim Iyke on grounds that he lives an expensive lifestyle in Lagos and also ritualist.

Maduagwu questioned Iyke’s source of wealth, alleging that he does not buy expensive clothes in Nigeria but get them imported from abroad.

In a blend of Pidgin English, he said, “Please, nobody should beg me on this matter because I have already made up my mind on this issue. Is Jim Iyke the only one in Nollywood?

“Look at the expensive lifestyle e dey live up and down in Lagos and Abuja. Someone told me e no dey buy expensive clothes from Naija again, e now import the most expensive ones abroad. Please, what is his source of wealth again?

“Any day we meet or see, I go use my Abuja connection to beg EFCC boss to invite am, we never recover from what Hushpuppi do us, now this one is changing expensive cars up and down like Hushpuppi of the movie industry.

“Even if dem pay me ten million naira to enter movie location with am, if e no tell us his source of wealth I go refuse.”

However, it was learnt that the post was what angered Iyke to confront Maduagwu, which degenerated to the point where he was held back by people from engaging in a fight, as seen in the trending video.

During the altercation, Iyke could be heard saying, “you think I won’t find you?”

In defense Maduagwu, said “EFCC will carry you for this thing wey you come here. You know they are looking for you.”

“I will sue you,” Maduagwu said after his shirt was dragged by Iyke.
